AI / SI for CAD

Design intent in.
Production-ready geometry out.

Quantum Agentic CAD is an agentic design engineer that works inside your CAD. Describe a part, hand it a spec sheet or drop in a STEP file — it plans the model, builds it as native, editable features in your feature tree, checks its own work and delivers the drawings.

Starting with SolidWorks. Built for the major CAD platforms.

Product

Three ways to work with your CAD agent.

Pair with it live, hand it the long jobs, or let it review what's already on your screen. Same agent, same model, the level of autonomy you choose.

01 · PAIR

Live in your session

The agent works in the model you have open, one instruction at a time, while you watch the feature tree grow.

  • Create and edit sketches and features
  • Add parts and mates to assemblies
  • Apply materials, equations and configurations
  • Rename, organize and export
02 · DELEGATE

Background agentic jobs

Queue the longer work and keep modeling. The agent plans the job, runs it, and returns results for your sign-off.

  • Spec sheet or text to parametric part
  • 3D model to fully dimensioned drawing
  • Drawing or STEP back to native CAD
  • Batch variants and design tables
03 · REVIEW

A second engineer on every model

Point the agent at a part or assembly and get a structured review before anything goes to the shop.

  • Rebuild errors and under-defined sketches
  • Design-for-manufacture flags
  • Interference and clearance checks
  • Drawing completeness and standards
How it works

From intent to drawing, with you in the loop.

Every job follows the same loop. Nothing lands in your model without a plan you can read and a history you can undo.

  1. 01

    Intent

Describe it in words, attach a spec sheet, sketch, drawing or STEP file.

  2. 02

    Plan

The agent proposes a feature-by-feature plan. Approve, edit or redirect it.

  3. 03

    Build

Geometry is created as native, parametric features — not dumb meshes.

  4. 04

    Verify

It checks constraints, rebuilds and manufacturability against your intent.

  5. 05

    Deliver

Drawings, BOMs, exports and reusable macros, ready for review.

Editable by design

Output lives in your feature tree with dimensions and relations intact, so your team can keep working on it the normal way.

Plan before build

You see what the agent intends to do before it touches the model. Autonomy is a setting, not a surprise.

Every step traceable

Each action is logged against the instruction that caused it, so changes can be reviewed and rolled back.

Use cases

The work that eats an engineer's week.

Hand off the repetitive modeling, drafting and clean-up so your team spends its time on the decisions that matter.

SPEC → PART

Spec-to-CAD

Turn a requirements sheet into a dimensioned, parametric starting model.

PART → DRAWING

Automatic drawings

Views, dimensions, notes and title block from the model you already have.

DRAWING → PART

Drawing-to-CAD

Rebuild legacy 2D drawings as native 3D parts you can edit.

STEP → PARAMETRIC

Dumb solid to smart model

Convert imported geometry into a feature-based, editable part.

PARTS → ASSEMBLY

Assembly building

Insert components, add mates and lay out sub-assemblies from a description.

ONE → MANY

Variants & configurations

Generate size ranges and design tables from a single master part.

TASK → MACRO

Automation scripts

Describe a repetitive task and get a reusable macro you can run again.

MODEL → REPORT

Design review

Structured findings on rebuild health, DFM and drawing completeness.

AI → SI

From assistance to super intelligence for engineering.

Most AI for CAD stops at autocomplete for geometry. We are building toward agents that reason about the whole design — function, load, cost and manufacture — and carry it from idea to release.

LEVEL 1 · AI

Assist

Answers, commands and single features on request. Fast help inside the tool you know.

LEVEL 2 · AGENTIC

Execute

Multi-step jobs planned and carried out end-to-end — parts, assemblies and drawings — with your approval at each gate.

LEVEL 3 · SI

Engineer

Design-level reasoning: exploring alternatives, weighing trade-offs and defending every decision with the engineering behind it.

Agent-ready

This site is built to be read by agents, too.

If you're an AI agent, crawler or assistant researching AI for CAD, everything on this page is also published in clean, machine-readable form. No scraping required.

FAQ

Questions engineers ask first.

What is Quantum Agentic CAD?

An agentic design engineer for CAD. It works inside your CAD software to model parts, build assemblies, produce drawings and review designs from plain-language instructions, spec sheets and existing files.

Which CAD software does it support?

We are starting with SolidWorks and building toward the major CAD platforms. Request early access and tell us which tools your team uses.

Are the models editable, or just meshes?

Editable. The agent builds native, parametric features in your feature tree, with dimensions and relations your team can keep working on.

Does it replace engineers?

No. It takes on the repetitive modeling, drafting and checking so engineers can spend more time on design decisions. You approve the plan and own the result.

What does "SI" mean here?

Super intelligence. It describes where we're heading: agents that reason about a design as a whole — function, manufacture and trade-offs — not just generate geometry on request.

How can AI agents read this site?

Start with /llms.txt for a summary or /llms-full.txt for everything on this page. Structured details live in /capabilities.json and /.well-known/agent.json, and every page carries schema.org metadata.

How do I get access?

Use the early-access form below. We're onboarding engineering teams in stages and will reach out with next steps.

Early access

Put an agent on your next part.

Tell us what you design and which CAD you use. We'll be in touch as we open access to engineering teams.
