Do I need to be technical?+
No. Plenty of our best co-creators have never written a line of code. You bring the insight and the drive; the agent crew and your operator handle the building. If you are technical, you'll move even faster.
What does it cost to join?+
Resident membership is a flat monthly fee. Co-Creator and Venture Partner are structured around the venture itself — usually a mix of membership and a small equity stake — so our upside is tied to yours. We'll walk you through the exact terms when you apply.
Who owns what I build?+
You do. You keep the majority of every business you co-create here. The lab takes a minority stake in exchange for the space, the operators, the agent stack, and (at the Partner tier) capital. Your name is on the company.
Is this a physical space or remote?+
Both. The Floor is a real, walk-in co-working space, and everything — pairing sessions, build weeks, demo nights — is mirrored for remote members across our hubs. Many ventures are built fully remote.
What makes a business "autonomous"?+
It means the day-to-day — sales, support, fulfillment, finance — runs through a supervised agent crew rather than a payroll. You set direction and handle the calls that need a human; the business handles itself the rest of the time.
How do I get in?+
