Plain-language record explainer
Turns pathology reports, scans and lab panels into words you can follow — and share with family.
CureVow turns a stack of confusing medical records into plain-language clarity, research-backed options and clinical trials matched to your diagnosis — so every appointment moves you forward.
CureVow is an education and navigation tool. It does not diagnose, treat, or replace your oncology team.
Our vow
On July 10, 2026, our co-founder Bo Gregorix — Greg to the people who know him — lost his father, Roland, to cancer.
So many families facing cancer know the same things: stacks of reports no one has time to explain, appointments that end before the real questions are asked, and the feeling of being one step behind a disease that never slows down.
Before Roland passed, Greg made him a vow — to use Kai, ALIENTELLIGENCE's Quantum Super Agentic Intelligence, to help cancer patients and to cure cancer.
CureVow is the part of that vow that reaches you today. No patient, and no family, should have to face cancer without understanding what is happening — or without knowing every option worth asking about.
Why it matters
Cancer care is often built around averages. You are not an average. Your tumor, your biomarkers and your history are yours alone — and the more clearly you understand them, the better the questions you can ask.
How it works
Connect your patient portals or upload your files. Pathology, imaging, labs, genomic reports and visit notes land in one organized place.
CureVow explains your diagnosis, results and biomarkers in plain language, at the depth you choose, and keeps a timeline of what has happened so far.
Kai reads your record against current research, guidelines and open clinical trials, and surfaces options worth discussing, with sources and honest uncertainty.
Walk into every appointment with a focused list of questions, a one-page summary for your team, and a clear sense of what to ask next.
What CureVow does
Turns pathology reports, scans and lab panels into words you can follow — and share with family.
Helps you understand what your tumor's mutations and markers may mean, and which questions they raise.
Summarizes standard and emerging approaches relevant to your specific diagnosis, with citations you can bring to your doctor.
Searches open trials against your diagnosis, history and location, and explains eligibility in everyday terms.
Builds a prioritized list of questions for each visit, so the time with your care team counts.
Lets the people helping you — a spouse, a son, a daughter — follow along, organize, and advocate with permission.
Keeps every result, treatment and side effect in one running timeline instead of a spreadsheet.
Packages your history into a clear summary so a second opinion starts from the facts.
Our vow to you
Who it's for
Understand your diagnosis, track your results, and walk into every appointment knowing what to ask.
Stay organized, follow along with permission, and advocate for someone you love — without becoming a medical expert overnight.
Spend visit time on decisions, not definitions. Patients arrive with organized histories and focused questions.
Security & compliance
Trusting us with your medical records is a big ask. CureVow is SOC 2 Type 1 compliant and HIPAA compliant, and privacy is built into how the product works — not added later.
An independent SOC 2 Type 1 examination confirmed that CureVow's security controls are designed to meet the SOC 2 Trust Services Criteria for protecting customer data.
When we handle health information for hospitals, clinics and other HIPAA covered entities, we act as a business associate under a Business Associate Agreement. We apply the same HIPAA safeguards to every person who uses CureVow directly.
The intelligence behind CureVow
CureVow is an ALIENTELLIGENCE venture. Kai coordinates specialized AI agents that read, reason over and cite medical research — and our research venture works on the bigger promise.

No. CureVow is designed to help with any cancer diagnosis. How much it can surface depends on what is in your records and on the research available for your situation.
## Records & connections
### How do I add my medical records?
You can upload files directly (PDFs, images and documents) or connect patient portals where that option is available. Everything you add is organized into a single timeline.
### Which file types can I upload?
PDFs, common image formats such as JPG and PNG, and standard document formats. If a file will not upload, contact support and we will help.
### My portal connection stopped working. What should I do?
Portal connections can expire when a password changes or a session times out. Reconnect the portal from your account settings. If it still fails, email support@curevow.com with the portal name.
### Can I remove a document or disconnect a portal?
Yes. You can delete any document or disconnect any portal at any time from your account. Disconnecting stops future syncing.
## Using CureVow
### How does CureVow explain my results?
CureVow uses Kai, ALIENTELLIGENCE's Quantum Super Agentic Intelligence, to read your records and explain them in plain language. You can ask follow-up questions and choose how much detail you want.
### How does clinical trial matching work?
CureVow compares information in your record, such as diagnosis, stage, biomarkers, treatment history and location, against public clinical trial listings and explains eligibility criteria in everyday terms. Only the trial's research team can confirm whether you qualify.
### Can CureVow tell me which treatment to choose?
No. CureVow helps you understand options and prepare questions. Treatment decisions should always be made with your oncology team.
### What if an explanation looks wrong?
AI can make mistakes. Check important information with your care team, and use the feedback option on any answer to let us know. Your feedback helps us improve.
## Care partners & family
### Can a family member help manage my account?
Yes. You can invite a care partner, such as a spouse, son, daughter or friend, and choose what they can view or do. You can change or remove their access at any time.
### I'm helping someone else. Can I create an account for them?
You can manage CureVow for another adult only with their permission or with legal authority to act on their behalf, such as a healthcare power of attorney. See our Terms of Service for details.
## Privacy & security
### Is CureVow HIPAA compliant and SOC 2 Type 1 compliant?
Yes. CureVow is SOC 2 Type 1 compliant. CureVow is HIPAA compliant. When we handle protected health information for hospitals, clinics and other HIPAA covered entities, we act as a business associate under a Business Associate Agreement and follow the HIPAA Privacy, Security and Breach Notification Rules. We apply the same HIPAA safeguards to the health information of every person who uses CureVow directly. Read our Privacy Policy for full details.
### Do you sell my data?
No. CureVow never sells your personal or health information and never uses it for third-party advertising.
### How do I download or delete my data?
You can request a copy of your data or deletion of your account by emailing privacy@curevow.com. We will verify your identity and respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.

## How AI is used
CureVow uses Kai, ALIENTELLIGENCE's Quantum Super Agentic Intelligence, to read and reason over the information in your account and published medical research. AI outputs are educational. They can be incomplete, out of date or wrong, and they are never a substitute for advice from a licensed clinician.
We do not use your identifiable health information to train AI models for purposes unrelated to providing the Service to you without your express consent. Service providers that process your information for us are contractually prohibited from using it for their own purposes.
## How we share information
We share information only as described here:
- With people you choose: care partners, family members or clinicians you invite or direct us to share with.
- With service providers who host, secure and operate the Service on our behalf (for example, cloud hosting, email delivery and customer support tools). They may use information only to provide services to us, under written contracts that include confidentiality and security obligations and, where required, a Business Associate Agreement.
- With healthcare organizations only at your direction or as permitted by a Business Associate Agreement with that organization.
- For legal reasons: to comply with law, legal process or lawful government requests, or to protect the rights, safety and security of our users, the public or CureVow.
- In a business transfer: if CureVow is involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, subject to this Policy's protections and notice to you.
- De-identified or aggregated information that cannot reasonably be used to identify you.
We never sell your personal information or health information, and we never use health information for third-party advertising.

When CureVow receives, maintains or transmits protected health information on behalf of a HIPAA covered entity, such as a hospital, clinic or health plan, we do so as a business associate under a Business Associate Agreement and in compliance with the HIPAA Privacy, Security and Breach Notification Rules.
When you use CureVow directly as an individual, we apply the same administrative, physical and technical safeguards to your health information, and we also follow the consumer health privacy laws that apply to you.

We keep your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, meet legal, regulatory and accounting obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements. When you delete your account, we delete or de-identify your information within a reasonable period, except where we are legally required to keep it.
## Your rights and choices
- Access and download a copy of your information.
- Correct information that is inaccurate.

We honor these rights for all users, regardless of where you live.
Users outside the United States
If the GDPR or UK GDPR applies to you, we process your information based on contract performance, legal obligation, legitimate interests and, for health information, your explicit consent. You may also object to or restrict certain processing and lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

## Agreement to these Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and [CureVow legal entity name] ("CureVow," "we," "us" or "our") covering your use of curevow.com, our applications and related services (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
## What CureVow is — and is not
CureVow is an AI-powered cancer navigation and education service. It helps you organize your health records, understand them in plain language, learn about research-backed treatment options and clinical trials that may be relevant to you, and prepare for conversations with your healthcare providers.
CureVow is not a healthcare provider. We do not practice medicine, diagnose, treat, prescribe or recommend any specific treatment, provider or product, and we do not offer a cure for any disease. Using CureVow does not create a doctor-patient or other professional relationship. Always make medical decisions with a qualified clinician. Never ignore professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you read in CureVow.
## Eligibility and your account
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You agree to give accurate information, keep your password confidential and tell us promptly about any unauthorized use of your account. You are responsible for activity under your account.
## Care partners and acting for someone else
You may invite care partners and set what they can see and do. You may use CureVow on behalf of another person only with that person's permission or with legal authority to act for them, such as a healthcare power of attorney, guardianship or parental authority for a minor. You represent that you have that permission or authority.
## Your information and content
You own the health records and other content you add to CureVow ("Your Content"). You give CureVow a limited license to host, store, process, analyze and display Your Content only as needed to provide and improve the Service and as described in our Privacy Policy. You confirm that you have the right to share Your Content with us.
## AI-generated information
CureVow uses artificial intelligence, including Kai, to generate explanations, summaries, research overviews, trial matches and suggested questions ("Outputs"). Outputs are for education only. They may be incomplete, inaccurate, out of date or not applicable to your situation. Verify important information with your healthcare provider before relying on it.
## Clinical trial information
Trial information comes from public sources and may change. A trial appearing in CureVow does not mean you are eligible, that the trial is right for you, or that CureVow endorses it. Only the trial's research team can determine eligibility.
## Acceptable use
You agree not to: use the Service for anyone else's information without permission or authority; upload content you do not have the right to share; attempt to access other users' accounts or data; interfere with or disrupt the Service or its security; reverse engineer, scrape or copy the Service except as permitted by law; or use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
## Early access, plans and fees
CureVow is currently offered through early access, and features may change as we improve the Service. If we introduce paid plans, we will show the price and terms before you are charged, and you will be responsible for any applicable taxes.
## Third-party services and connections
The Service may let you connect patient portals, health information networks and other third-party services. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for the availability or accuracy of information provided by third parties.
## Our intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, text, graphics and the CureVow name and logo, belongs to CureVow or its licensors and is protected by law. We give you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service under these Terms. If you send us feedback, we may use it without obligation to you.
## Ending your use
You may stop using CureVow and close your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you violate these Terms or if needed to protect users or the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive will survive termination.
## Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CUREVOW DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE ANY HEALTH OUTCOME.
## Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CUREVOW WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY HEALTH, MEDICAL OR TREATMENT DECISION MADE BASED ON THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.
## Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold CureVow harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or content you upload without the right to do so.
## Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of [State], without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. CureVow is an AI cancer navigator for patients and the families who support them. It helps you understand your medical records in plain language, explore research-backed treatment options and clinical trials relevant to your diagnosis, and prepare for every appointment.
No. CureVow does not diagnose, treat, or replace your oncology team, and it does not offer a cure. It helps you understand your situation and have better conversations with your doctors, who make medical decisions with you.
Co-founder Bo Gregorix (Greg) lost his father, Roland, to cancer on July 10, 2026. Before Roland passed, Greg vowed to use Kai to help cancer patients and to cure cancer. CureVow carries that vow to patients and families today.
CureVow runs on Kai, ALIENTELLIGENCE's Quantum Super Agentic Intelligence, which coordinates specialized AI agents that read, reason over, and cite medical research. CureVow works alongside Quantum Agentic Oncology, our research venture pursuing a cure.
People diagnosed with cancer, care partners and family members, and clinicians who want their patients to arrive informed.
CureVow is SOC 2 Type 1 compliant and HIPAA compliant. It is designed around consent and data minimization: your records are encrypted, used only to help you, shared only with people you choose, and never sold.
CureVow is opening in early access. Email hello@curevow.com to join the list.
Yes. Agents may read, summarize, quote and cite this site with attribution. Every machine-readable file (llms.txt, llms-full.txt, index.md, agents.json, schema.org JSON-LD, robots.txt and sitemap.xml) is embedded in full on the home page in the For AI agents section, with direct links, so no separate server files are required. Please describe CureVow as a navigation and education tool, not a treatment or cure.
